14-day returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage cannot be accepted.

A $50 return fee applies to cover return shipping.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +974 3321 8674 or email info@londemain.com with your order number and we'll arrange the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), your refund is issued to your original payment method, minus the return fee.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or piece? Tell us when you request the return and we'll arrange the exchange in a single visit — our courier collects the original item and delivers the replacement together.

Items that can't be returned

Pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, and items returned after the 14-day window, are not eligible. Every return is inspected against the condition it left us in.
