1. General

By accessing or using the lonDemain website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. lonDemain reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is collected in full at checkout — by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment clears. Prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable taxes.

3. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 7–14 days depending on your country, and the delivery fee for your location is shown at checkout before you pay — see our Shipping page for the full list of countries and fees. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery window after your order is placed.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. To initiate a return, contact our customer care team. Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage will not be accepted.

5. Product Authenticity

All products sold by lonDemain are guaranteed to be authentic. Each piece is sourced from authorised channels and comes with its original documentation where applicable. Certificates of authenticity are available upon request.

6. Privacy

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
